::The branch in Hotel Splendid refused to exchange a banknote not even looking at it. We've received a 50€ banknote as a part of change in MegaMarkt and the tiny piece was missing-like 3mm of paper on the side, we didn't think it would be a problem . We started to experience problems with this banknote and was forwarded to the branch of Prva Banka in hotel Splendid to exchange it for a solid one. A girl sitting in the office didn't even look at it and told me that she won't do it. When I asked her who would, she looked at me in a very angry manner and told me to go to Budva. I tried to asked her where precisely should I go there and she said that she doesn't know like it's totally my problem. Take measures please, customer service isn't the finest at all-it happened right today.
