::Incompetent counter clerks. I closed the account half a year ago, now they tell me that it wasn't closed when I submitted the request and that I have to settle the debts for maintaining the account in the meantime, so they will close it. Shame

::Worst service ever: digital queue is not working, people come and go chaotic, it takes about half an hour to make simple payment. If you want to read advertisment of the bank, security is forbidden it and yell at you.
