  Came to get a small package. Was standing literally in front of the lady who was sorting out papers for about 10 minutes and didn't care about the customers.

  Yes there is Western union here. They are slow like British, but slightly ruder

  Unhelpful and unfriendly staff (see photo - person). Sent us to wait in the wrong line on purpose. Service very slow.
