::Very rude lady with red hair, very! She didn't want to give me a package because she had some work to do with pension calculations. I nicely asked her to check if it had arrived, so I would come the next day to pick it up, to which she cheekily replied: "Come in the morning"! Unprofessional! I still don't understand why I didn't have the right to take the package?! There is no specific day for picking up parcels.
