  A rather disrespectful performance by a person who holds the highest position in this bank's branch. Impatience, misunderstanding, no desire to listen. Kindness is, I guess, overrated in communication with clients. An experience from two months ago.

  I went here to exchange AUD for Euros. You need passport but they are very quick They speak English and gave a very good exchange rate. Highly recommend if you need to change currency.

  Money to this bank goes for more than month and I haven’t received it yet. To make a simple operation like to change a pin code of your card you have to wait for hours on the street before you come in to the bank.

  waiting one hour on average, last time had to just pick up just one envelope and they kept me waiting 60 minutes instead of just giving it to me?!
