  Мне лично очень понравилась цена. Взяли на прокат авто на парочку дней. Ребята в оффисе оказались очень толковыми и обяснили как водить в Черногории :-). Все было просто супер, спасибо !!! We hired car for two days in Budva. The price was good, guys at the office were very kind and with a great sense of humor. They explained very well how to drive in Montenegro :-) (there is very specific driving manner "balcan style" :-D ). Thank you and see you (I hope) next year.

  Our booking was apparently not registered (despite the confirmation email) and then the guy tried to rent us the category above (50% more expensive) as the one we'd ordered "was not available".

  Customer service extremely poor. I am an AVIS client for 20+ years and never had such a bad experience. The woman working there friendly, but fully unable to do her work, I had an impression that was her first day working there. The owner/director pretty tough in terms of communicating and solving the issue. Strongly recommend to avoid this office as long as they are working with the same staff.
