We hired car for two days in Budva. The price was good, guys at the office were very kind and with a great sense of humor. They explained very well how to drive in Montenegro :-) (there is very specific driving manner "balcan style" :-D ). Thank you and see you (I hope) next year.

::Customer service extremely poor. I am an AVIS client for 20+ years and never had such a bad experience. The woman working there friendly, but fully unable to do her work, I had an impression that was her first day working there. The owner/director pretty tough in terms of communicating and solving the issue. Strongly recommend to avoid this office as long as they are working with the same staff.
