::My advice to customers: Carefully check how much money they give to you. It is very popular here to "forget" to give you 5-8 euro.

::The bank is a scam! Last year I transfered 2.5K to my account in NLB. NLB Montenegro did not credit my account and claimed the money never arrived. I provided them with a trace record proving that the funds reached NLB branch in Budva, visited that branch twice within one week of the transaction initiation and was abused by everyone from the bank teller to the bank manager who dismissed and humiliated me simply because I am a foreigner and do not speak Serbian well enough. Just as I was in the branch trying to get info about the missing funds and literally as they were lying to me that the money never reached the NLB, they were unilaterally initiating a reverse transaction to my sender's account. In 2 business days of the 2nd visit to the NLB branch I noticed that they returned funds on my sender's account munus 100€ reverse transaction fee. So, thanks to NLB a) I never got my own money that I needed for living expenses in Montenegro and b) NLB stole 100 € from me. That is my tale. And, yes, NLB charges exorbitant fees for everything they can squeeze out of you - transactions in/out, ATM withdrawals, monthly fees, card fees, even for spamming with marketing sms notifications from which you cannot opt out. This is the worst bank I had ever had experience with. Yet finding a decent replacement bank in Montenegro is a challenge I am going through right now without much success, I must say.

::You are the worst, I have never waited longer at the bank to open an account. They are sitting on 6 counters, of which 1 is working, and that when there are already tourists and people everywhere. Kudos to you for not being up-to-date.
