::Very-very unpleasant staff. I entered the bank 3:40 PM, took 1 queue ticket for me and my husband. My husband was staying outside talking on the phone all this time. And.. they didn’t let him in 4 PM. And a woman didn’t give us the docs caz he was outside! Unbelievable. I can’t even find the right words to explain this.

::Racist bank. After 40 minutes waiting in the line, guy who responsible for opening accounts upstairs said that they do not open accounts for Russians anymore. Even with my borovak. Unbelievable discrimination.

::Tried twice to open an account, it's seems like impossible to do it. Monday: we don't open account on Mondays. Tuesday: person who opens account didn't come to work (wut?). Total polako.

::Hipotekarna is the best bank in Montenegro in my point of view. And this is one of the best offices of this bank. Polite managers which speak English great, electronic queue with an sms-notification and comfortable office.

::That's the worst bank I've ever seen in my life. If it could be possible, I'd rather gave them a negative rating mark. If you want to open a bank account here - dismiss this idea. I had 3 attempts to do it. At my first visit they only gave me several forms to fill in and said to come next time. Next time I came several hours before the bank was closed - they said it was impossible to open an account cause it was too late that day. Next day I came right at the bank's opening, but they said they do not open accounts on Fridays, though it was Thursday. I don't know what's wrong with this place, but I strongly recommend you not to visit it.
