  Needed to change a few hundred dollars - denied service after 20 minutes waiting in line due to Russian passport! This is very outrageous. I did not come to open bank account, but simply to change money. In a nearby bank they changed without problems.

  I had a lot of negative experiences with CKB banka, however, only one clerk, the wonderful Mrs. Jelena Jovalekić, made up for and surpassed all bad experiences with her incredible friendliness and helpfulness.

  Every time, unfortunately, I had to go to your bank because of travel expenses, I had to wait, wait. . . . The biggest crowd is yours, and please don't say you have the most clients! You had them before, and those old workers were fast, businesslike, friendly and efficient! If I worked like that at my private companies - the boss, I would be fired tomorrow!!!
