There is no banking application, only Mastercard is issued, to access online banking you need to wait for a password via SMS for two weeks, while filling out the form. I received the card two days ago - it does not work in supermarkets. An external account was not opened for me. I understand that one should not expect the level of Russian banking here, but the combination of all these shortcomings makes this bank the most inconvenient of all for me.
