  The most positive part of my review is the service. The staff are friendly, responsive and will advise on all issues. To the bank itself - claims. There is no banking application, only Mastercard is issued, to access online banking you need to wait for a password via SMS for two weeks, while filling out the form. I received the card two days ago - it does not work in supermarkets. An external account was not opened for me. I understand that one should not expect the level of Russian banking here, but the combination of all these shortcomings makes this bank the most inconvenient of all for me.

  Great atmosphere, polite staff, there are small mistakes, but the overall impression is good! Swift has not yet checked the transfers, for the first time they did not open an international account.
