  The cashier tried to cheat me twice: First with positions on the receipt, I didn't bought. Second: She didn't gave me enough change, more than one Euro was missing. Look out for the other reviews here on Google. It is not just me... It's a shame, normally Voli could bei a good supermarket with a good range of articles.

  This supermarket has bad reviews, which initially put us off going there, but the 'best' supermarket (Aroma) was extremely underwhelming, so who to believe? In any case, Voli has a good selection, has wider aisles than Aroma and is far lighter and brighter inside, and the staff members we encountered were polite!

  The cashier has already several times added items to the check that I did not take. Be careful, check receipts. underweight of goods

  I don't know what a problem people have with the stuff in this market, but lady by the desk was kind, helpful and nice. Prices a bit bigger than in IDEA, but I think the reason in the old town nearby.

  I used my contactless card at the till, but the payment didn’t go through, the staff took my card and walked away without telling me anything. I was standing at the till and so confused about what’s going on for 3 minutes. And then, the staff came back to me said I need to pay with cash. So why don’t you tell me that at the first?? And took my card away without my consent???Obviously, if that card is not not working, you can tell me and I can use cash or another card, it is SO RUDE to take my card and walk away without informing me!!
