  Really bad costumers service. Even if you have a reservation they will make you wait for 2h+. They don't care that you are on vacation and they are going to ruin it by waiting with long hours. I won't suggest it to anyone. Terrible experience. I would have give them 0 stars if i could.

  Worst hotel ever! The rooms were dirty with a lot of hair. The hotel is also very old. We couldn’t even shower well. There were no towels, no duvet cover and as we told this the staff, they started getting arrogant and unfriendly. After 2 days no staff came and we had to take our towels by ourselves. There were also plates with food in opposite of the front doors. Disgusting!!

  Very beautiful hotel with a nice view👏 excellent food 🍱 very friendly people especially Arlinda making us feel comfortable without anything missing ❤️

  The hotel was excellent clean and the food was delicious😊 Not to forget to mention Arlinda she welcomed us in the check in with a lovely smile and an excellent behavior making sure of our accomondation and a great time there .

  Great experience all around! Super staff, feel very comfortable in the hotel and walking around.
