::We waited 3 hours for our father to receive a vaccination. The vaccination took about 1 hour, you could be much more professional if you connect someone to the vaccination and leave them there for 1 hour while other patients can be treated. In the clinic, apart from the senior doctor, nobody could speak English and you can see nurses walking back and forth with coffee and mobile phones every 2 minutes. You could arrive with a severed leg and you would have to wait 3 hours to be treated....
