  StarCar in Herceg Novi is a new company with not much review, but I went with them and am happy that I did so. They did a great job. They had zero reviews or comments on TA, which concerned me. The only thing on Google reviews I found was written by themselves (can't blame a business owner for tooting their own horn). So I admit that I was nervous, but they have a good looking website and Marija, the owner/manager followed up very well with email, the price was good, and the car had all the options that I wanted. It came with a Garmen, a cell phone for emergency calls (prepaid 3e), and a Wi-Fi card. Wi-Fi card is awesome. It allowed us to connect to internet with our own smart phones for maps, email, googling restaurants and things to do. Marija was very accommodating to pick us up and drop car at alternate locations (extra fees may apply, but very fair). The car was a 2017 with 20000km, practically brand new. I wish Marija Godspeed in her car rental business. If she keeps treating customers the way she treated me, I am sure that she will prosper. Thanks.
