  The hotel doesn’t have self parking. It costs not a ton to rent a room but all the other things like room service and even coffee pods are €2. They should have just raised the room rate instead of charging a ton for everything. In addition, the spa is nice but the rules are vague. You get a towel and robe and slippers, which cost plenty if you don’t return them. The pools looked pretty nice, including an adults only pool. The spa/sauna area was disappointing. It’s “Russian style” so that means swimwear in every sauna and even in the shower. The dry sauna and Hammam specifically are places where it is not hygienic to wear your wet swimsuit, with no towel. The place smells like feet, so I think I have yet to see a spa this nice and yet a bit gross and unclear about rules. The people who work here are really nice and I think that they are very competent. The concierge helped me with a doctor appointment and the valet was friendly and patient. It is the people in charge of setting room rates and making so many rules who are just full-tilt getting their profit. So was it an enjoyable place to stay? Sadly, not really. I am giving 3 stars because I don’t want the overall place to suffer but it’s not really a five-star hotel when the guests are being treated with a money grab in such a low-class manner. It’s the difference between being posh and having class, one is appearing and one is in action. It’s a pretty hotel which doesn’t seem to respect the guests.

  I loved everything about this hotel. The view from my room was amazing, magical. It was a group trip, neither me or my friends had any complaints. Breakfast was included in our bills and it was tasty. I was happy to try the different meals. Loved the toast made with marmalade (my favorite)😉. The staff were welcoming, helpful and polite. It was quite so we couldn’t try the outdoor pool, we used the indoor pool instead. I used the sauna, steam bath, very impressive. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Highly recommended

  The best SPA in the area! Professional masseurs, great cosmetic (Elemis), reasonable prices. We tried full body massage, feet and face massage, ritual For two, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

  Definitely a five ⭐️ hotel! It is super spacious and clean and they for sure have everything that you need so there is no need for you to leave the hotel at all. They have amazing bar, restaurants, casino, huge spa, gym, retail stores etc. Even though hotel itself looks a lot better than I expected i have to say special thank you to the whole staff. Employees from reception were exceptional. I would like to give a special shoutout to Milos, who was so kind and welcoming and he really made sure that we are familiar with hotel and he helped us out with everything. Compliments go to Milena and Srdjan as well for being so professional and polite. Staff from spa, restaurant and bar was fantastic as well. There are a lot of five star hotels in the area, but this is for sure the one where the entire staff will make you feel super special and will make you feel like you’re home. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends!! See you again!

  I had a great time together with my pet. Beside being one of the best hotels in Montenegro, they are also Pet Travel Advisor certified - they have a clear pet policy, equipped rooms with bed and bowls, treats, towel for your pet, trash bag... Outdoors they have two green dog stations with a can, and one fenced area for play. Also, there is a Pet Caretaker staff that can help you during stay. Highly recommend this place!
