  I checked 5 banks in Kotor, and this is the only one that doesn't charge 5 euro fee for ATM withdrawals with Revolut!

  It is the only distributor in the market not to charge a fee of €4.90 when withdrawing with a foreign card (French bank). I tried 3 others that all charged this amount, so for that alone I feel compelled to give 5 stars for this virtuous behavior. Good plan to know for tourists passing through.
