::At the very moment we arrived at the hotel our troubles began. The reception said our reservation in booking was not including breakfast while it clearly did. We said okay let's check it. They said you can but we are pretty sure. I did check and proved them that it actually was including breakfast. They said how sorry they were and that happened because they didn't have the booking app at the reception's computer and they moved to another computer for half an hour in order to confirm the booking leaving us alone at the reception. The hotel was also supposed to have payment by card always available but it didn't. After spending 1 hour at the reception, were moved to a single room for 3 while our reservation was 2 rooms 1 for 2ppl and one for 1 under the excuse that these rooms were renovated. After our complaint we got 2 rooms. One room was under construction with cables coming out of the walls and parts of the flooring was not installed.

::Half-Star hotel conditions. Room and bed was not clean. Bed sheets were old. Seemed that the building was under construction. Food was disgusting. They literally put exactly the same cold food for dinner and breakfast. We had to eat outside both dinner and breakfast. Feel bad to say these words, but this is the truth.

::very impressed, we stopped by the hotel with no reservation and we got a room that seems to be new, very clean and comfortable...great value for money The manager and staff were very nice and helpfull The location is just a few min walking from the city centre. We recommend!!!
