  This place was a HUGE disappointment. My bf and i were taken aback by how rude the front desk staff was. That guy really dislikes his job and should not be working there. They gave us a dirty room with a bad stench. The electronics did not work and no hot water. The phone didn’t even work so much bf had to go downstairs to talk to the guy. He offered to swap rooms but we noticed that the other vacant room had a worse smell when housekeeping was there earlier. To top it off, they scammed us out of more money and tried to charge 20 euro for using a tea packet in the room that had no sign of having a cost. A tea packet!!! 20 euro ... ridiculous ...

  Scammer and the worst hotel ever!! Truly the biggest disappointment. So rude hotel member and the worst welcoming way in my travelling history. Even though I have been over 50 countries. I have never seen such worse hotel than this!

  It was a great place for 21 Euros with a great air conditioning and hostels run 16 Euros with no air conditioning. Wish I found it sooner. Beds were great, rooms clean.

  I spent 10 days in Podgorica. A friend of mine told me about Hotel Ideal. I have to say the family that runs the hotel are kind, warm loving, understand and very caring. They helped me with getting around Podgorica and even drove me to my meeting I had in the center. They spoke english which made it a lot easier for me. The breakfast was great and everyone always had a smile on their face. If you want to stay in hotel that makes you feel like your one of the family, hands down this is the place.
