::Vestna, the lady at the reception has been extremely helpful. Thanks to her. Location, cleanliness and ambiance are very good. However; There is no free water provided in the room. Amenities are of very low quality. Bed is uncomfortable.

::This review is of the restaurant. They have a delightful terrace. We loved breakfast there on a prior trip. This trip we ate the buffet dinner. Quite a few choices. We have food allergies and the chef came out and talked to us and made an entire plate for us. The deserts were delicious. Wait staff very kind. Would visit again. Dinner buffet was 20€.

::Rooms are spacious, however the sea view is partial due to trees blocking the view even though it is otherwise advertised. Every time we tried to order room service they were either closed or unavailable. Communication amongst staff is lacking, if you made a request with one staff member at the desk, after shift change the other would have no idea of the logged request. What is available and what is not is also not communicated amongst staff as one would advise you to order something just to find out from another it is unavailable - this would constantly happen in various situations. Location is central however, walking distance from beach, shopping spots/centre, clubs, stalls and vendors as well as old town.

::A 5 star hotel. Location is excellent. 50 meters from the beach and city restaurants. Excellent pool with sufficient bed capacity and very helpful staff. Rooms may be slightly smaller than what you expect in a 5star. Breakfast buffet is great with omelette on demand. Juices are watery and should be improved.

::If I had to give a tagline for this review, it would be, hospitality ends the moment you check out. I stayed here for both business (first part of the trip) and pleasure (extra few days). The location is great and their restaurant is one of the best (full board did not disappoint). Rooms are small, but clean and have an the amenities you need. There's a tiny gym, a pool and sauna. We also used their conference facilities and they were great for our small group - including tech (as we had a hybrid training). What frustrated us, however, was the service. Particularly on our last day. I'll spare the details, but in short, we were treated absolutely terribly by the front desk staff. My husband did speak to the manager, who apologized and tried to "make it up" to us, but it really left a bad impression. I don't want to say that this place isn't worth it, but let's hope our experience was not a typical one.
