  Every bank number I call is a "non-existent number", you can't get them. Otherwise, I paid the money into my account and I've been waiting for 6 days for them to arrive and they still haven't arrived... I don't even know when they will, they don't answer...

  I wanted to put money into the account, the employee gave a check for 100 euros less than I gave. She corrected her mistake when I noticed, but the sediment remained. It is worth noting that other branches of this bank are very different for the better, as if a completely different organization.

  Very bad experience. 3 person workingand there was us 13 prople inside waiting. For 25minutes they received no one, they were doing their stuff on computer, while we waited and waited. Customer relations, work on them!

  With due respect for the job, the gentleman who works at the counter would benefit from training on how to behave towards customers, or as we modern call it, customer service (which is primarily his job) and how to express himself. Please do not appoint people who are unable to communicate with customers without showing frustration and nervousness to work in places of direct contact with customers. Thank you.
