::A damp room with an unpleasant smell and hygiene at a low level. Hairs in the bathroom, cobwebs, everything in the room that sticks to your feet... When a train passes, you feel as if it will run into the room. The furniture is old, but functional. The host went out of his way to receive us kindly. We only took it for an overnight stay, but honestly I wouldn't recommend it for that either

::The ugly room, without lampshades, with electric cables and flying extensions. We didn't have breakfast, it was just eggs with ham and a coffee. On Booking the price was 28.80 euros, on the spot they charged us 30.00 euros

::We did not stay here as guest house guests but rather blew in by chance when we hopped off the train just poking around Montenegro. As others have described, the train stop is very close but the highway is also not super pedestrian friendly so expect to have to walk a short ways carefully if you come by train. I recommend this place highly because it is packed full of fascinating memorabilia and as others have reported, has an exceedingly friendly host who is eager to engage and show you around. I was anxious to exercise Covid caution and he was respectful of that which I appreciated also. This was what allowed me the opportunity to take a really close look in his antique and odds and ends shop which for those who are treasure hunters, is an absolute delight. Many of the shopping opportunities that I found here in Montenegro, it has been hard to communicate that I want to maintain social distance while I look. They tend to hover too close. It makes you feel like they are afraid you’re going to steal from them. He gave me space which allowed me to takeoff my mask and really take a close look. I ended up buying several items and he negotiated some with me which I also appreciated. If you are anywhere in the area, this place is definitely worth stopping in.

::It was an unexpected surprise. We ended up just outside the main place, Virpazar, but still ended up having a great experience. The owner was literally one of the most interesting persons I’ve ever met. He was helpful, funny and extremely kind. When we ran out of money, he drove us to the nearest ATM(10km) for a very low price. He shared a few cocktails with my girlfriend at night just to make us feel at home. The main place, Virpazar(where the boat tours go from) are located 7km away. There’s a train just outside Mala Venezia that runs many times a day(I added a picture of the timetable). The distance didn’t make us disappointed since it was easy to catch the train early. Either way, the nearest restaurant is a few hundred meters away and you need to walk along the highway. The owner says “attention”, that means just go along the road and be careful 😉

::We've had a very pleasant stay at this place! The owner is great, friendly and very helpfull. The rooms are clean and spaceous. It's located close to the beautiful lake Skadar and it's easy to take the train to Virpazar to book tours on the lake.
