  Maximally dog unfriendly, I had to wait my gf with the dog, while she performed payment, so we waited in the atm room, without any customers inside, but the security guy went out and insisted that we should wait outside under the heavy rain!

  Imagine your bank closed your account without any notice in one day even though they promised to keep it because its your local salary account and you provided all need information (permit, contract etc). Ok, you come to withdraw your money and you can’t because they blocked it and you wait 2+ for someone to unblock it. What a mess and shame. Never trust them, worst bank you can think of.

  No exchange of currencies. For a Tier 1 Bank strange! Looks like Erste Bank has no international network anymore. Not even the currencies of Albania, Bosnia and USA.

  Could you please explain why you are closing Russian clients' accounts in Montenegro? Even if those Russians have a permanent residency card in Montenegro? Why do your staff reject to exchange foreign currencies when you understand that a client is Russian? I consider these actions as Russophobia. When will not Russians be allowed to enter your bank at all as it was with Jewish that weren’t allowed to enter stores or banks in the past? And why do you delete my post on Facebook?

  Service is welcoming to help but a bit 'lost' sometimes by repeating mistakes in simple tasks. More smile would be nice. Adoptable for wheelchair, maybe bit cooler in there for Podgorica summer heat.
