  You should definitely choose another bank. Worest place in Bar, worest custom service you can ever meet in Europe

  Letzte Bank in terms of speed. Always waiting and employees are simply too slow and inefficient.

  For Business Accounts only one of two manager works at same time, even if a lot of people is waiting. Other manager is entering paper bills what some local people or manager friends bring every 5 minutes... out of turn and to both of managers. I Spent two hours in total today to wait and 15 minutes to solve my problem :) I won't recommend to use this office. I used other Erste bank offices at Tivat and Budva, it also was slow but at those offices managers really work hard.
