  I had a coffee for costing €1.70 and gave the waiter €5 and said "2 is fine". He returned with a pile of coins worth €2 and walked away. Obviously I meant to round up to €2 and give me €3 change. Is it a big deal? No. I just laughed and didn't bother saying anything. But it's just such a childish move for €1, so go somewhere else where people act with decency.
