::Cafe bar 3 is right next to the bus station in Herceg Novi, it has free Wi-Fi, I usually drink Niksic beer there before I go to the beach to swim and on the way back I drink a few more, I think the beer is 1.5 euros. See you next summer 2019 . Greetings from Norway
