  When we came to Butua Residence they tried to put us in very small room without balcony unless we had paid for standard room with balcony. We went back to reception and they offered us free parking for their mistake but still they wanted to put us in that small room. We did not gave up and eventually they gave us apartmant with two bedrooms. The result was okay but the way they handled situation was not so good. Apartment was very nice. The garage was awfully tight and it still cost like 10 euros per day.

  Nice and clean rooms. Nice staff. Breakfast very bad. The hotel has a parking garage in the basement. But it is very tight and it is easy to ding and scratch the car. When you want to go out , or in you need to go to the reception to have them open it for you.

  Great location in the old town, walking distance from the sea, the place is very nice, new and clean, rooms have balcony however from most of the rooms there are no seaview only the walls of another building (Avala Resort). Parking place in the garage is EUR 10/night extra. Photos at website on the restaurant and breakfast do not show the reality.

  The worst hotel I have been in. Everything was a disaster no wifi. No telephone in the rooms also a horrible breakfast. It is a two star hotel not 4.
