  The mechanics towed our van to their garage and went to work on it but they refused to listen to anything we told them, and as a result they damaged our starter motor and immobilised our van. They spent several hours fixing their own mistakes before finding the real problem, which they did fix in the end, but overall we're not happy with the long term damage they caused to our van.
