::EDIT: This review is for the Prva Banka ATM, not the Erste Bank. After checking 6 other ATMs in the area, including four in the nearby shopping center, this is the only one that does not have an additional withdrawal fee! I repeat, this is the only ATM I've found so far in central Kotor that doesn't charge additional fees! That includes not having a stupid screen trying to convince me to use DCC. And amazingly, it's the most centrally/visible ATM in Kotor old town, so I was sure it would have had a fee and didn't even think about checking it the first time I walked past...
