  If I could, I would not give this place not even a star, and not because of the accommodation itself, but on how they treated us. We have reserved here 3 rooms, 2 apartments with 2 rooms and 1 single room. We did this all the way at the beginning of the year. The price for 1 apartment was 480 eur for 6 day stay. All good so far. One of us could not join us. So we needed to cancel the 1 single room, but we still had the 2 aps (me and my friend, 2 families withb3 small kids between us). What do you know? When we got there, after a long drive of 15-17h in the care they told us that we had the reservations cancelled. Even though we only cancelled 1 room (we specifically said the guest's name at cancellation) they said that this reservations was cancelled. But wait, they had a friend that could help us. So they passed us on the a stinky hotel, no towels, no toilet paper, no locks on the bathrooms doors, no working tv, poor internet, and some bed bugs to top this of. The price for this filth? 80 eur a night. Of course, no breakfast, which was in our initial reservation. Of course we left the area 1 day later. But they behaviour was... well, shifty. Totally do not recomand this. No easy way to find the Panorama Alaj apartments, no one to guide you through the phone, and so on. Also, the area itself was filthy. Dirty beach, dirty streets, no sidewalks. Terrible experience. Do not visit this place, since we late found that they have already done this kind of stuff before. And the reason they did this? We later googled the same period of stay with them and the price had doubled since our reservation. Please carefully read the feedbacks on this place.

  This host is one big joke. I booked the apartment on booking, I have been driven for 30h to come and hear “I can’t host because your reservation is canceled “ , of course nobody informed us about it and we had to look for another hotel after long journey. Don’t risk and don’t book this apartment.

  Absolutely terrible. Made a reservation that was CONFIRMED. Got there, then they tell me that they canceled my reservation WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME because they let someone else take the room. Not only that, but the road to get up to the apartment complex was absolutely the scariest thing I’ve ever drove up in my life. Absolutely would not recommend this place your better off sleeping in your car.

  Panorama Alaj is situated very high, so you have to climb every time you come back from the crowded centre. We had a problem with water in the bathroom, which was solved by the owner. The apartment lacked everything: no bulbs in lamps, very few kitchen utensils, which were dirty when we arrived. Sometimes there was no light in the bathroom. There were no cosmetics and no welcoming drink. Parking places are very dangerous, situated on the steep hill. We almost fell down there in our car when we came back from the beach and it was raining heavily. There were no parking place and we had to turn back and the car started to slide on the mud. The stranger owning the neighboring apartment helped us. Offered water and washed the wheels for us and instructed us how to go down safely. In the evening we sat with people, who we met in the hotel in the dining room. The owner started to manipulate with light and took the ball from the football table where kids were playing just to show us it was time to sleep. We paid the same money for 6 nights in Kotor and there the standard and the host was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was good on the first day if you like third category cold meat, Balkan cheese crumbed potatoes :) , hard boiled eggs. There was also watermelon, tomatoes, cucumbers but they try to do their best, especially friendly elderly lady always ready to prepare an omelette for you with the smile on her face. We had great view from the balcony. Towels were changed every day.
