  They don't want to help the customer even in small things. I want to change 50 euros in 2 euro coins, every day they answer that they don't have any. Only a man always helps, but I don't see him anymore. I hope he is on vacation and will be back soon.

  The cash machine takes one Euro from your account when you don't have enough money to redraw. If you like for your money to get stolen for no reason use this Bank. And to add insults to injury I had money on my bank account and could retrieve it further down the street. So it was not either my fault or fault of my account.
