  Stopped by for lunch today with my two children. Took us 15 min. to order drinks and I had to wave the waitress down. After she took our drink order, I asked her for food menu’s. She initially forgot, and I had to wave at her again to remind her. She then brought us the menu’s and disappeared for another 15 mins. I again had to say excuse me and wave her down. She told me to hold on, so I began to leave; which is when she immediately came over. We ordered our food, and watched five other tables arrive and also order their food after us. An hour went by; all other tables received their drinks and food, yet we were still waiting. I waved to the other waiter and asked where our food was, but he just pointed at the other waitress. After 10 more minutes and our waitress hadn’t arrived to say anything to us, I decided to just go pay for our drinks and leave. Of course, as soon as I walked over to pay, now all of a sudden our food was ready (according to them). I said no thanks, paid for my drinks and we all left. I do not recommend going to this restaurant for good service. The waitress was never happy, and was always avoiding providing service. ——— I appreciate the owner attempting to provide an explanation for the poor service received, but none of the reasons provided helped the situation at the time of service. Advisement during service might have caused an understanding as to why service was slow or bad. Also, in addition to the Kaćamak you mentioned, we also ordered a simple breaded sesame chicken and schnitzel meal, neither of which take an hour and twenty minutes to cook, nor take longer than the additional meals ordered by the five tables that arrived and ordered after us but received their meals first. Recommend taking the negative review as a lesson to learn from compared to trying to make after the fact excuses. Hopefully during my next visit and review customer service will have improved.

  Peaceful and quiet place with a small restaurant where you can have lunch and breath fresh air.

  Came here with my band and this is my first time sleeping here. I LOVE the place! It's clean, neat, and lovely. My bedroom is huge and well-equipped with essentials. I can't wait to come here during the winter season when the fireplace (which is beautifuuul) is in use and it's cold and snowy outside, and so warm and nice inside the ski center! 😁😍😍😍 I think it's a perfect place for a family holiday but it is also excellent for youth camps, team buildings, workshops etc...
