  Very bad very horrible customer service ! terrible ! I will never back again ! there is no respect at all to customers and staff very rude. There is one old woman supervisor or manager last time I went to buy something at 9:20 PM exactly and she came talking to me with loud tone of voice and rude manner and she told me we are closed ! I told her you close 9:30 PM and still exactly 9 minutes ! Why ?!! I will buy only one small thing and doesn't take even 2 min ! She reply with bad manner in her language that I didn't understand it. It's like they are in rush to go home and still time ! this is not acceptable at all and no professional at all ! 0 customer service ! Really customer service serious problem in most of the country !

  the girl with the short blonde hair who works at the deli is the friendliest person I've met in MonteNegro. A great store with everything you need.

  One time electricity was half-off. Only few lights were working, I suspect fridges were not working at that time as well. Second time I had to switch the goods because they misplaced the price tags. But very limited amount of goods for a short time was for a good price. Be quick to get them.

  This a new Voli supermarket, open just a few weeks ago. It is nice and big enough. The variety of products is good. The bad things: parking is small (the old store had a bigger parking area), fresh chicken is not so fresh, the fresh juice squeezed today is already sour. Apparently they have difficulties with delivery and storage.
