Playworking was a great place for me to work and rest for a while after traveling for a few months. The house is spacious and comfortable, perfect for catching up on freelance projects without distraction. Beautiful views of the sea and mountains and good WiFi. It's a little hard to get around if you don't have your own car, but everyone here is super willing to help you with whatever you need.

I just used this for a reliable internet signal for a few days of work but we also took a tour with Montenegro Plus. The tour was great but the space is very nice and new. The benches are comfortable and you get a nice cross breeze from the sea if you open the doors and windows which is great on a hot day. Very easy and informal and wonderful space. I highly recommend this as a place to get some work done. The other residents were also very friendly.

I stayed at Playworking in Septemer 2016, one of the most pleasant and productive periods I've had. I'm an artist and I was working art for an exhibition as well as curating an exhibition in Montenegro. I always work very hard on projects, however what was uniquely different was the pleasure which I was able to achieve while working diligently. Normally on this type of project I'm just nose to the grindstone, but the environment really allowed for me to have a richer experience while still getting to job done without sacrificing quality. I believe this is because of the environment, I Live in soho NY so while many come there daily to visit, it is for me quite normal, working here Iam able to appreciate so many of the unique aspects in between dedicating time to work which would normally be glossed over. For example i am now relaxing in bed as I awake to a sun drenched room, the weather so mild the Windows are open, I can hear a cock Crowing the day forward and the faint ring of church bells in the distance. I have truely had some of the nicest days of my life while I was here, I went on breathtaking and magical outings, and met people I feel I will always know. There is something so ripe about this place, it begs for a novel to be written or a romance to form. I have always struggled with sleep problems and in the three weeks I have been here they have evaporated and I fall asleep and wake up with the precision of a Swiss clock and with out an alarm! I can't tell you how much therepy and work I did in that, yet here for no apparent reason here I feel at such peace.. I would highly recommend visiting here for at least two weeks, personally I felt I needed that amount of time to not just feel like I was working on vacation but rather I was really living. Some days just slip away from our lives and others are unmistakabley unforgetable. I will never forget these past three weeks and my life is richer for them.

I'm a solo traveler working remotely as I travel around and I had the pleasure of staying at Playworking for a few days in late August during a visit to Kotor...then turned around and came back again a few days later to spend a a bit more time because it was such a great experience! Though there was not much structure with the activities, the laidback vibe was nice and you just adapt to taking things one day at a time. Sea kayaking and paddleboarding in the bay were possible almost every day, and the setting for each is absolutely stunning. The perfect way to really disconnect from work for a few hours each day! The workspace and accomodation is basic but functional. I'd recommend having a car if possible as it's a bit out of the way otherwise, but you can catch rides from time to time. The food was definitely a highlight for me and I felt so spoiled with each meal that was set in front of me, so fresh, creative, healthy and delicious every time. Also, a special shout out to Lulu for being so welcoming and great company during my time there! Thanks Playworking!
