  Kind staff and excellent service, be sure to include it at least for a drink while in Novi.

  We thought we finally found a place with cocktails. Unfortunately we were disappointed again. We ordered a cocktail, Courvoisier VSOP and asked for a glass of water twice. The cognac was 4 euros on the menu but when the bill arrived it was 6.50. When I approached the waitress about it she said that is a mistake in the menu and the price is 6.50. This is about a principle not money. There was no apology made or offer to change the drink and we still didn’t receive the glass of water. Correct your menu, apologise for your mistakes and make sure you inform your customer when ordering something from a menu that you know is wrong so you don’t loose customers. It was going to get 4 or 5 stars due to the cocktail and music but gets 1.
