::I went 2 times to exchange CAD to EUR and there is some staff very rude especially one lady seating in the left once u enter and she is wearing glasses she is very impolite and very racist and very rude. This bank not friendly to foreigners. Worst experience. Below zero. Services very bad. Avoid it. Bank Manager please make audit and review and supervize all your staff and this terrible customer service ! Very poor service ! In addition to that they make always mistake ! Sometimes i feel they make it in purpose...everything is possible especially there is lot of corruption in Balkan.

::Really one of the best Mne banks. They opened my an account, even at that time I didn’t have any citizenship of mne. Already use services 4 years. They are friendly and working on Saturday, lines to the office exist but not like to others(max 3 people ). Really fast working, even aboard. After all main difference is, that I don’t need to pay extra for list with my transactions, for to get/put money in ATM, for getting bill with available sum from ATM also free. That is really rare for this country. Moreover, ATM on German, eng, Rus- research convenient.
