  At Cash 1, on February 11 and February 16, we observed that the prices of goods in the hall and at the cash register were different. Moreover, there were no prices displayed on most goods in the hall, which is a direct violation of the law. The employees in the hall were unable to inform customers about the costs of products, and instead directed them to the cash register, claiming that this was normal. The cashier appeared unhappy when customers asked her to check prices and directed them to take the goods to where it was in the hall, violating consumer rights. Additionally, four units of children's soap in 3+1 packaging were opened and scanned at the checkout, which is unacceptable. It is necessary to train employees in basic customer service etiquette and to ensure compliance with the law!!!

  Fine store. Some of the best prices in Budva. Has mostly everything available in the city. Update: Got moldy butter and moldy sour cream on two different occasions, so idk... Didn't keep the receipt for the butter, returned the sour cream. Took long time, but possible. Dropped to 3 stars. Will be trying for that dairy again.

  Large supermarket like you might find in the US. Many options. Deli, cheese, desserts, and toiletries. Two floors. Little English but the selection is good. Nice size parking lot.

  Hello, I am a regular client of your store. I would like to make your store better, so this can helps you make the customer experience better. I don't understand where directors and cashier managers are and how they can allow this behavior towards the customers from their cashiers? They are shouting at the clients like their husbands and friends at home. They throw our products after scanning. They look at the clients like they are their enemies... If only you ask to decline a couple of products, they'll become angry and almost spit in your face. That is how today's girl behaves at 1 cash deck (29.09, 12:39, №001, 165), and then she said I need to do her work and distribute the product around the store. People like this can't work with clients. Moreover, nobody knows what HACCP is, and what is elementary sanitary and hygienic things. Does this market at least somehow cares about its reputation? Hope you can answer me about this message!
