::Me and my girlfriend travelled from UK and stayed here for my 22nd birthday. Could not have picked a better place. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The food was so good we decided to eat in the hotel every night (I recommend the octopus or the steak). The room was spotless and exactly how it was advertised. Cannot think of a bad comment for this place. The staff work so hard to ensure that you are happy, comfortable and feel at home. If you want to experience the kindness and warmth of Podgorica, this is the place for you.

::The hotel is decent and clean. Staff is friendly. BUT!!! If you want to use the spa - be aware! Even if you are in a hotel in a big group (i.e. conference), the number of people in the spa is limited to 7. You cannot go together. You cannot be sure you will be able to enter - it works on the principle of first come-first served, and there is no time limitation. So, you might just not be able to get in, especially not when you want to. That's it. Very disappointing.

::Curly blonde girl at the reception is rude. She allows himself to touch my hands rudely in my room! Behaves just indecently. After checking in, I immediately informed the reception that the window in my room does not close. Today there is a squally wind, heavy rain. Because of the gusts of wind, the window is constantly noisy, the water is flooded. There is a draft in the room. The lock is broken, which I clearly showed. A girl came, said, yes, the window does not close, go to the reception. I went to the reception, the girl at the reception said she would solve my question in a few minutes. Half an hour has passed, no one has solved the problem. I come once again to the reception, another curly blonde girl is already sitting, who declares that she can do nothing. Then she goes to check the window in my room, pulls and accuses me of what the window is! And then she says that if I don't like something, then go outside!!! Then after some time I was offered another room. And please note, no one even apologized! Extremely depressed by such a feeling. Dear hotel manager, such an attitude towards guests is unacceptable! I would never have come to your hotel in my life if the airport had not been closed due to bad weather.

::Nice hotel with a good value for money, close to the Airport (15 min). Spa access is a great addition, and special mention to Željka, the receptionist, very welcoming and professional!

::Well, I have been a guest at the Aurel Hotel in Podgorica several times now! I must say that this is my first review of the facility but based on all of my experience from before. The Hotel is situated in lovely surroundings near the entrance of Podgorica (coming from Albania) and nearby there is a supermarket which is well supplied. Also, the surroundings are calm and with beautiful houses of the local population. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, clean, and modern. The rooms are big and clean equipped with modern and cozy furniture. The baths in the rooms are also practical and modern. The breakfast is simply perfect, while the staff is very kind and polite always looking for new ways to better serve their customers. The spa includes a jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and warm chairs and it is cozy and nice
