+ Welcoming staff, helping and friendly. Helped us to change the room twice, trying to improve the situation. + Nice spa. + Rooms size and furniture quality - The location is terrible. Several noisy clubs around, which are perfectly heard during the night in any room and at any floor. We had to leave because we couldnā€™t fall asleep. - Absence of slippers in the room (were provided later) + one half-fool bottle was found by us in the fridge (wasnā€™t removed during our stay).

Perfect location, right in the center of a lively city center. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants around and a very busy nightlife (it's quite loud at night because of that). Rooms are clean and of a nice size. Breakfast could be a bit better, as scrambled eggs and sausages were cold. Jacuzzi in the spa didn't work. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for a short stay in Podgorica.

Comfortable rooms and seems newly renovated. The service and staff were friendly and helpful. The spa is worth a visit... also newly renovated, is a really relaxing place.

Good location. The hotel is near shopping centre, restaurants, bakery (13 mins away), and the bus station. Very ideal for a traveller. The hotel some spa facilities too which is available for a day for ā‚¬10/person. The massages are good prices as well. Value for money for sure!

There were a lot of issues with hotel. The window of bathroom fell down and hit my head while i was in toilet. When i checked out I was charged extra 28 euros for using minibar, which i was not informed either while reservation or while check in. My wife's medicine was taken from my room while room cleaning, which indicates that hotel is not safe and secure. Bathroom ventilation was awful, vapor of hot water all over the room. Breakfast was not fresh. Kettle was not provided in the room, which prevented us to have tea/coffee. The bed sheet was not alse clean. Windows of the room were also inaccessible, hence room ventilation was very bad
