::The hotel is older but it is renovated. The rooms, the space, beds, bathrooms and the terrace is absolutely adorable. The service is nice, maybe the choice could be better but it is the start of the season for Easter time in april. The location is quite and you can reach the old town of Budva by foot in 20 minutes. Definitely good value for money.

::The only good thing, the location, as it is near to the beach and few minutes walking to budva old town. Other than that, everything wasn’t pleasant. Rude staff. Poor room service, they don’t clean the rooms, all they do is taking the trash, changing the towels and refilling the shampoos. Of course they don’t do this on their own, I had to ask for it and the maid doesn’t come on the spot, it takes minimum of 40 mins to come to the room! One time, it took her more than an hour to come and I called the reception 3 times and guess what? He told me the maid is not here and we called her but she didn’t come yet! As if there is only one maid for the whole hotel. The staff in the restaurant were so rude, the breakfast gets served from 7 am till 10 am, so what usually happens at any hotel, they do remove the food but if there is anyone who is still eating on the tables, they wait till he/she finishes. Guess what again? They do tell the people to go out and to finish eating outside! They have zero skills. The last issue that I had, that I forgot something in my room when I checked out (my bad I know) but I contacted them through 2 channels. First one by sending them a message on Google maps and the second one through some people who have been to the hotel the week after. They didn’t even respond to my message. Very poor hotel, actually I won’t be visiting this city again but this to tell the people that it is not recommended at all.

::Good Hotel with some exceptions: + Great food + location + Rooms - Room service (dirty towells, sheets unchanged for… 2 weeks) - Dirty Hotel Beach (10€ per 2 sunbeds but beach is full of glass and other junk) Message to Hotel Manager: Please stop auditing restaurant work, focus on room service and beach area!

::The service was horrible, the staff was rude and impolite. The room was not cleaned for 4 days and when I asked the receptionist about it I was told to either change the room on my last night or wait till 6pm for someone to clean it, that was 3 days after we arrived. The trash was not taken out. The bed sheets were not changed. The towels were stained and unclean. I was forced to take the trash and the dirty towels to the reception and in return they handed me a plastic bag with clean towels for me to go place in my room after going to and from my room 4 times because the key was not working with no method of transformation in sight, even though there were people working there that could have placed them there.

::Excellent hotel, located in an excellent location, close to the beach, respectable breakfast, hardly suitable for vegans, the staff provides excellent service, the place is clean, spacious with two swimming pools, really recommended. Only one thing bothered me, there is a dance club right next to the hotel, and in the season they play really loud music until 2 in the morning, other than that the hotel is simply excellent
