  A nice place when you come to visit Zabljak to stop by and drink coffee, it is noticeable that hardly anyone orders food, quite a large garden and you can almost always find a place to sit. The staff is quite friendly, the prices are a little higher than, for example, in Podgorica (extended espresso with milk €2), but understandable considering that many tourists circulate through the city.

  Disastrous food in the hotel, the staff is very rude and inhospitable. It's a shame because the location is perfect ... when you taste the food, you are curious whether to take accommodation, because you don't know what kind of food will come.

  A group of tourists stayed at hotel Zabljak for 2 nights and this was an awful experience. Rooms with no hot water , electricity cables randomly peering out the walls, bed with a mattress not even close to its size, no parking even if it was agreed upon a month ago, the hotel was payed in advance and no one offered a compensation at least for such an unpleasent service and such poor room quality for a pretty pricey hotel. Each suggestion for conpensation was totally rejected. Staff very rude and unproffesional, completely not guest-oriented. Staying here destroyed our holiday.

  Restaurant is overpriced for such quality level. Raw meat without option to choose roasting level. In veal dish edible part only 30%. Cheesecake...if you believe this is a cheesecake I have a bad news for you.

  The hotel is nice and cosy. Positioned in the city center of Zabljak. Food is delicious, all home made and organic (great for meat lovers). :) The waiters were also wonderful, kind and hospitable. The thing which I was not satisfied about is the reception. Not polite, not guest-friendly and at some point rude and nervy. For them goes 2 stars, for food, hotel and waiters 4 star. In addition, hotel has a spa, but it is not free for the guests, you have to pay 15 eur for usage, per person. It's not worth, they only have sauna and jakuzzi.
