  Today I came to change cash usd to cash eur and they told that for non-residents they do not provide such operations. As for me, it's not equitable approach.

  I was going here to open an account for receiving my wages. I had been told Hipotekarna banka was quite expat-friendly so despite being located a bit off my daily routes I came there. At the entrance reception/security person directed me to teller's booths which was strange as in every country I had been before, tellers do not handle new accounts, but OK. I got #70 and a display showed #61 being serviced. There were three booths so it would have to be 10-15 minutes for getting to a booth based on my previous experience with Montenegrin banks. But shortly after I noticed one of the booths was occupied by someone I called "boss" because no one came to his booth. In another booth there was an "associate" taking care of auxiliary things like loading coins to trays, bringing some boxes etc. So there was only one teller really servicing customers. And in 10 minutes the display still showed #61. So I quit. I will find another bank, thank you. The bank gets one extra star for comfortable chairs.

  Staff are very friendly and professional! Comfortable waiting zone.
