  Great department, all the staff are friendly, speak Russian and English. The only drawback is the long queues, but this is a problem with all banks here :(

  I must say that I am a user of several banks in Montenegro. Hipotekarna banka in Bar and in the entire territory of the country is the best bank. The friendliest staff, the best organization, the least commissions and fees. I have no words to describe how satisfied I am with the bank's services. The branch in Bar has been staffed by 3 same women for years. Everyone is always kind and everyone is fast. And that nice chubby Ivana is the fastest, woman is a machine how it works. Congratulations. Everything ends right now. You go in, take a number and it goes fast. Congratulations, keep up the good work. All the best!

  This is the only bank and the only organization in Bar where an electronic queue is organized. There is a check-in terminal at the entrance where you get a ticket with a number. Sit down and wait for your number to be displayed above the corresponding window. No fuss, everything is very convenient!

  Friendly staff which follows the bank rules! Once you enter the bank, you are picking up the number so there is no need to wait in row as it is usually situation in the Montenegrin banks. Recommendation especially to non residents.
