  Excellent kind and polite doctors very professionally and quickly helped to treat steam burns for my friend although she is not citizen of Montenegro. Thank you very much! I appreciate your work!

  Unprofessional and desperate. They won't come. Unkind. Sad. I don't know what we're paying them for, only... In Montenegro, a higher power protects these poor people and their health. As for health workers, honor to the exceptions, just be healthy. I call them, no one answers, I arrive with an 80-something year old man in front of the emergency room, they are all sitting. So much unprofessionalism to the point of pain. I ask them why no one answers the phone, they scoff and laugh. It's really funny to me too... I sincerely hope that you will improve in the coming period, because we are not here for you, but you for us. Be a little humane. I guess you had an oath at the beginning, if anyone respects it anymore. To add, I can't sin a soul, kudos to the doctors, I understand that all kinds of people come. However, if I'm super correct and kind, I don't see the need for sisters to brag and behave rudely like that. Please, a message for nurses, a little more kindness and I believe people will be even kinder. When you brag like that, it's logical that no one will put up with you, so that's where you learned. Again, kudos to the exceptions!

  The quality of service is at the level of other health institutions in Montenegro.
