  Today, from 8:00 in the morning, we were standing in line at the bank. I remember the times when in Poland there was a queue to an ATM, but that was 20-25 years ago, when you couldn't pay with a card. There was only one place where we could pay by card in the country's capital, and this place was Baggio del gufo.' Even in taxis there is no card payment. So we stood in the bank queue to exchange Polish currency for Euro. This was not possible in the bank! Is it the capital of a country aspiring to join the European Union? NO! It's just a backward country with no exchange offices. Montenegro is not fit for any EU. Nothing has changed here for 42 years since Tito's death.

  Rude, unavailable, no one ever answers the phone and like leeches, they pump the account (fee for this, commission for that...)
