  In this bank works a true racist - Marina Ceranic . She shows unprofessionalism, arrogance and indifference in communication with clients. Discriminates the client based on nationality. Refuses to perform his duties citing absolutely groundless reasons when her colegue solve problem in 1 minute. Such staff have no place in the bank!

  Huge queues, 1-2 people working while 11 "windows" are there. Very slow. Prepare to spend 1-2 hours here.

  They don't have enough people at the cash registers, the queues are huge. They have 5 counters on one side and 4 on the other side, 2 people work with clients on average. Waiting is from 45 min to 60 min minimum and more.

  Slow, disorganized, unfriendly... you have to wait for 2 hours, when there are no legal entities, the clerks at those counters do not accept legal ones, and one of the other 3 counters is working (on tenanes ;) )
