  Incompetent counter clerks. I closed the account half a year ago, now they tell me that it wasn't closed when I submitted the request and that I have to settle the debts for maintaining the account in the meantime, so they will close it. Shame

  Worst service ever: digital queue is not working, people come and go chaotic, it takes about half an hour to make simple payment. If you want to read advertisment of the bank, security is forbidden it and yell at you.

  ATM: 100 Euro bills, but can withdraw at leat 300 Euro without any additional charge.

  Poor service, employee just goes for coffee when customers arrive, makes us wait and if you dare to get upset about it, they also lie, they suddenly claim, although the documents have already been completed, that it is not possible to open an account. Bad move on their part. I strongly advise against the bank. The employees are not well trained and don't understand anything about service
